Account Executive

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The Account Executive participates in a dynamic team that focuses on and achieves new revenue growth by actively researching and marketing to new leads and existing clients. They work directly with new and existing clients to help them achieve their goals through strategic planning and marketing services. They are also the direct link between the advertising agency and the client, managing day-to-day affairs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

As an Account Executive, you work hard to make sure our clients receive superb service and that the project runs smoothly by working seamlessly with the Creative Services department from project start-up to completion. You use your excellent leadership skills to manage and strengthen existing and new client relationships and business opportunities. You remain in frequent communication with clients to recognize and understand their ongoing needs.  You will also manage day-to-day client-agency communication. Your problem-solving abilities assist you to prepare annual marketing plans for each client along with developing marketing campaigns throughout the year. Your positive attitude and leadership abilities ensure your success as an Account Executive.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience in the sales/marketing field.

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time, 40 hour a week position
