AG360 Insurance™ (AG360) was formerly Stucky Becker Insurance Group located in Moundridge, Kansas. In 2014, they turned to VistaComm for branding and messaging help for their newly expanded organization with locations in six South Central Kansas towns.
Due to this major acquisition, the management team at Stucky Becker was faced with the critical task of creating and communicating a consistent message regarding a number of recent company changes. They needed a unifying brand and effective tactics to get their message to customers, prospects and employees.
The first step of the process brought key members of the Stucky Becker and VistaComm teams together in a planning session designed by VistaComm to review and refine Stucky Becker’s framework. Value propositions, brand messaging and assets appealing to their target market were all defined.
The end result was a new company name, AG360 Insurance, a new logo and tagline, key positioning statements, a brand style guide, and a new website to help raise the profile of the newly rebranded company and share the AG360 Insurance story.
VistaComm also proposed a Brand Rollout Day that brought all employees to Wichita for an unveiling and presentation of the new company brand. Meanwhile, AG360 managers coordinated a simultaneous, multi-site signage changeover that further emphasized the importance of moving forward under one big umbrella.
